Witney Carson claps back at fans who say she was ‘disappointed' by baby gender reveal

Dancing With the Stars pro Witney Carson is hitting back after some fans accused her of being disappointed when she learned her third baby was going to be a boy.
The two-time Mirrorball champ, who has been a part of the dance competition series since 2013, revealed to fans, as well as her ABC co-stars, that her third baby with her husband, Carson McAllister, would be a boy, following the births of their first two children, also boys.
Now, as fans of the show slam it for being "rigged," Carson, 32, is speaking out after others claimed she was "disappointed" by the news that her next child was also going to be a boy.

Carson revealed the gender of her newest baby in an adorable social media post which featured her sons, Leo and Jet, reading the card which revealed they were getting a brother, before picking up a bouquet of blue flowers to deliver to their mother.
However, some fans quickly surmised Witney wasn't happy with the news, commenting on the post and sharing their thoughts.

"Mom of 3 boys here1 I will admit I had some gender disappointment, but I absolutely love being the Queen of the Castle!" one person wrote on Instagram.
"So happy for you. God will give you a girl when it is time," a second said.
"So sorry you didn't get your girl," a third added.
"I love how you did your gender reveal with the boys. You are blessed and how sweet to have another boy! Well...you can always try for one more if you want a girl?" a fourth shared.

Now, after some of the comments, Witney is addressing them head on.
Taking to her Instagram again, this time with photos of her family from the reveal, she shared that she genuinely had no disappointment over the news that she was going to have a third son.

"'I'm so sorry you didn't get your girl....' There is truly no disappointment here," she said.
"I get to be the mama of THREE beautiful boysand I couldn't feel more grateful, blessed, or excited. God knew exactly what our family needed, and I can't wait to meet the sweet little boy who completes us."

Witney announced her new pregnancy ahead of the start of season 35, while also confirming she was competing alongside Jimmy Kimmel sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez.
She previously welcomed her older sons, Leo, in 2021, and Jet, in 2023.
Her best friend and former DWTS pro Lindsay Arnold also recently welcomed her own third child-and first son, earlier this year.
She is a mom to daughters Sage, born in 2020, and June, born in 2023, as well as son, Hayes, who was born in June.

Witney is also not the only member of the Dancing With the Stars family to have only boys.
Former pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are also parents to three boys-Shai, born in 2017, Rio, born in 2023, and Milan, born in 2024.
Other Dancing With the Stars pros and cast members who have welcomed boys in recent years. Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy share one son, Rome, while Mark Ballas and his wife, BC Jean, are also parents to a boy, as is Sharna Burgess, who shares son Zane with Brian Austin Green.
The current cast's parents also include Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov, who have a daughter, as well as judge Derek Hough, who welcomed his first daughter with wife Haley Erbert in December.
Dancing With the Stars airs Tuesdays on ABC and Disney+.
