Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling are officially husband and wife.
The couple wed on June 6, 2026, during an intimate ceremony in Gloucestershire, England, attended by members of the royal family, including Phillips' uncle, King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Phillips is the eldest grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth. Born in 1977 to Princess Anne and her first husband, Mark Phillips, he is the first member of his generation of the British royal family to divorce and remarry. He was previously married to Autumn Kelly from 2008 to 2021.
Meanwhile, Sperling, a pediatric nurse, was formerly married to fitness instructor Antonio St. John Sperling.

Sperling is a pediatric nurse for the NHS (National Health Service). She is also a freelance writer.
According to her Woman Alive bio, Sperling "is passionate about early brain development in babies and seeing children thrive."
She's a mom

Sperling has a daughter, Georgina, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Antonio.
In March 2024, Sperling wrote about her experience being a single mother for Woman Alive, recalling how at the beginning, "resources were scarce, and the future was uncertain."
"Yet, in the absence of material security, I discovered the strength and life that comes from true selfless love," Sperling continued. "A love that is able to be solely devoted to your child."
She added that the "unique relationship between a single mother and her child is forged in the fires of struggles and victories. It's a bond characterized by a love and survival against the odds."

She reportedly met Phillips at a sporting event

Phillips and Sperling reportedly met at a 2024 sporting event involving their daughters, per Hello!.
In addition to Sperling's daughter, Phillips has two daughters, Savannah and Isla, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Kelly.
They made their debut as a couple in May 2024

Phillips and Sperling made their public debut in May 2024 at the Badminton Horse Trials in Gloucestershire, U.K., where they were seen chatting with Queen Camilla. They were joined by his daughters, Savannah and Isla.
The month before, in April 2024, a rep for Phillips confirmed that he and Lindsay Wallace had split after three years of dating.
They announced their engagement in August 2025

On Aug. 1, 2025, Phillips announced he and Sperling were engaged after a year of dating.
In a statement to Hello!, a spokesperson for the couple said the couple's families "were informed jointly of the announcement and were delighted with the wonderful news of their engagement. Their Majesties The King and Queen, The Prince and Princess of Wales have been informed of the announcement."
Phillips popped the question with a "timeless" engagement ring. 77 Diamonds co-founder Tobias Kormind told PEOPLE that the ring appears to be a "trilogy design, likely showcasing a central oval or round diamond, flanked by trapeze-cut or triangular side stones."
A piece similar to that design would typically be priced at £10,000, Kormind said.
Phillips and Sperling got married in June 2026

The couple exchanged vows on June 6, 2026, at All Saints Church, a historic church in the Cotswolds.
The intimate ceremony was attended by several members of the royal family, including King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Edward and Sophie. Peter's mother and her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence, plus his sister, Zara Tindall, and her husband, Mike Tindall, were also in attendance.
For the occasion, Sperling wore a floor-length gown by Emilia Wickstead and accessorized with a tiara from Pragnell, the same jeweler that designed her engagement ring.
