The CPD's report provided additional details on Hogan's death, which they stated was "exclusively from compelling natural disease, with no reasonable traumatic or terminal toxicologic contributions. As such, the manner of death is also natural."
“Following an exhaustive review of the statements, medical records, surveillance footage from within the residence, and a visual inspection of Mr. Bollea's body, there has been no evidence to indicate the death of Terry Bollea was anything other than natural," the CPD report read. "Through the course of the investigation, there has been no evidence to indicate any criminal wrongdoing related to his death. This case will be closed, and will be considered solved, non-criminal."
According to the report, a CPD officer responded to the home at approximately 10:21 a.m. on July 24, 2025, for “a possible medical emergency.” CPR was performed, and Hogan was transported to Morgan Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:17 a.m., local time.
The report included police bodycam footage from the day, including a video interview with occupational therapist Justin McCamey, who was at the scene of Hogan's death and spoke with officers in the moments after the reality star died at his home. “Justin advised Mr. Bollea's health has been very poor ever since the surgery,” the report read. “Mr. Bollea has had approximately 20-30 various knee, hip, and back surgeries over the years.”
Hogan’s wife, Sky Daily, was also home when first responders arrived, per transcripts included in the CPD’s official report.

The former WWE champion's family — including Daily, his first wife, Linda Claridge, their son, Nick Hogan, and daughter Brooke Hogan — have previously raised questions about the circumstances of his death.
Shortly after his death, Brooke, 37, took to social media writing that she believes there's still "speculation and uncertainty" surrounding her dad's death and would personally pay for an autopsy "if that's what it takes."
"My dad's dignity and legacy deserves it," she added.
Daily seemingly addressed Brooke's concerns in an Instagram post paying tribute to Hogan and thanking those who attended his funeral. "Terry chose cremation knowing this physical life is temporary and his heavenly body eternal. He has not yet been cremated, as our family is making sure every question about his medical care is answered first," she wrote.
"Once we have that peace of mind, we will honor his wish and fulfill it with love and respect," she added.

Nick, Claridge, and Daily later shared the questions they still had about the neck surgery Hogan underwent just two months before his death on the docuseries *Hulk Hogan: Real American*, which premiered on Netflix in April.
"It's strange because there was never a time when I was in his gym working out without him. But it's comforting in a way to be around his weight equipment," Nick said at the end of the series' fourth and final episode, while pumping his dad's iron. "It was just tough to process all of it. Everybody knows he went in to have a neck surgery. And after the neck surgery there were some complications."
Daily shared a photo of the couple from "the day before Terry went in for neck surgery. We're smiling, he's bright-eyed — and he never got back to that spot again."

A rep for the former wrestler, who retired from the sport in 2014, told TMZ in May of last year that Hogan underwent "a little fusion procedure" in order to "feel a little better."
Nick explained on *Real American* that toward the end of his father's life, "It was about two-and-a-half months that we were in and out of hospitals. But he still showed so much resilience and strength."
With tears in her eyes, Daily admitted, "I wish he never did the neck surgery."
