- Pat McAfee called Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding “the greatest night of all time”

- The podcaster gushed about their Madison Square Garden nuptials and the A-listers he interacted with during the celebration.

- “Everything was just obviously top of the line,” he said. “And Travis Kelce is very much in love, seems very happy.”

Pat McAfee can’t stop gushing about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding.

The podcaster and former Indiana Colts punter spoke about the star-studded wedding that took place July 3 at Madison Square Garden during the most recent episode of his eponymous show.

“That was the most spectacular evening I’ve ever been apart of,” McAfee began, saying that the celebration brought together the football world, Hollywood, and Nashville. “It was the greatest night of all time.”

Perhaps his interaction with Brad Pitt perfectly encapsulated this merging of worlds when the Oscar winner brought him a “Jack and diet” at one point in the evening. He also mentioned seeing Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid among the many guests.

McAfee attended the wedding with his wife, Samantha, and said they “had a blast.” He added that the newlyweds “absolutely showcased that they are in love, it was very obvious… That wedding was a perfect night.”

At another point, the podcaster alluded to the alleged NDAs the guests had to sign, along with reports of no phones being allowed in the venue.

“I’m sure there was something that I agreed to not talk about,” he said, “but from the things that I’ve been reading about other people talking about it like kinda sorta ’cause there were no phones in there. There is no notes section, no writing or anything, so it’s literally all just memory.”

McAfee also admitted that he and his wife “understood that we didn’t understand why we were invited, but we were very excited and thankful and we let them know.” He added, “We had a blast, it was incredible. Everything was just obviously top of the line. And Travis Kelce is very much in love, seems very happy.”

The morning after the celebration, McAfee shared a picture of him and his wife dressed up for the nuptials. “It’s a love story, baby they said yes! Congratulations to the newly weds,” he captioned the Instagram post.

Swift and Kelce were confirmed to be married around 7:30 p.m. on the big night. Jumbotrons outside MSG read, “JUST&T MARRIED!” A statement released by Swift’s rep offered further details about their special day. The pair “did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen,” per the statement. “Instead, her brother Austin Swift served as Taylor’s Man of Honor and Jason Kelce was Travis’ Best Man. The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler.”

Fellow former NFL star Ryan Fitzpatrick also spoke about the MSG celebration. “We were very excited to get the invite and very privileged to be there,” he told PEOPLE. “They did everything top notch.”

He added, “When Adam Sandler walked out — it had everybody floored, that was really cool. The ceremony was beautiful.”

He could back up the fun McAfee spoke about as well, saying he and his wife were still recovering days after partying all night: “My favorite moment was just I got to spend the night with my wife just on the dance floor, being around and being in it, so that was pretty magical for us.”
