We’re learning more about the new boy at Republic. Justin Assad has no problems sharing his thoughts and feelings on the latest season of Southern Hospitality. The new VIP host is certainly turning heads on the show, both men and women alike, and he revealed he’s absolutely fine with both.

On the latest episode of Southern Hospitality, viewers got a bit more information about the new VIP host. Justin just joined the show this season. We learn that he’s good friends with TJ Dinch and has traveled quite a bit.
He was previously in a relationship, but it ended (thanks to a threesome gone wrong). Now, he’s been spending many nights with Republic bartender Jordyn (every night in fact). However, he admitted that Jordyn did think Justin was gay previously. It could be because she saw him make out with TJ and Michols Peña. Fair point.
Justin spoke to TJ over wine poured from his new d*ck-anter (a penis-shaped wine vessel) about his sexuality and admitted he was pretty open-minded with his preferences, and if the guy is right, he could be down.
“Watching Twilight back in the day, looking at Robert Pattinson, and thinking, there’s a guy I could get behind,” Justin laughed. “Shout out, tops! So who knows?”

But he wasn’t bothered about it either way, claiming no one is just one thing.
“But no one’s 100% straight,” the happy-go-lucky host said. “I mean, I’ve exclusively dated women. But I think I’m 30% gay, depending on how many tequila sodas I have in me.”
It looks like Justin is pretty equal. For now, he’s spending time with Jordyn, but he’s also got his sights set on Mia Alario. And, apparently, he’s down if Robert Pattinson should ever come calling.
Southern Hospitality airs every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. It can be streamed on Peacock.
