Sterling Point, Prime Video’s new teen series, was released on August 5, 2026, and has been taking the platform by storm.

Among its stars are Ella Rubin, Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie, Amélie Hoeferle, Bo Bragason, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

While a few have rumored relationships, most of the cast has been tight-lipped about their personal life and relationship status.

Since its premiere on August 5, 2026, the new teen series Sterling Pointhas been taking Prime Video by storm. By blending family drama, steamy romances, and picturesque lakeside views, the series has captured millions of viewers and even secured an early season 2 renewal.

For those who still haven’t seen it, Sterling Point follows 17-year-old New Yorker Annie Jacobson (Ella Rubin) as she suddenly inherits her mysterious grandfather’s island in Canada and travels there to find out more about her family’s past. When she arrives, she uncovers a series of untold family secrets and develops a tight-knit friend group while enjoying the freedom of sun-kissed island life.

Speaking of what made the show so special, Rubin talked about connecting with her character right away. “I immediately really loved Annie and I felt that there was a piece of her in my soul and you don’t always feel that way about a character,” she told Teen Vogue. “I thought that the show on first read was just a really beautiful mix of grounded and funny and heartbreaking, but none of those things were sort of inorganic.”

Sterling Point’s Annie, Ella Rubin, hasn’t confirmed her relationship status outright, but clues point to her being in a relationship with fellow actor Skyler Gisondo. Gisondo, who’s known for his work in The Righteous Gemstones, Licorice Pizza, and Superman, as well as the upcoming comedy Focker-in-Law with Ariana Grande, has been photographed with Rubin many times in the past couple of years.

Their first public appearance, per Cosmopolitan, was in January 2024, when they attended the premiere of Masters of the Air, an Apple TV+ miniseries in which Rubin appeared. A year later, they were seen getting cozy while attending a Knicks game in January 2025.

In May 2025, they also attended an “immersive experience” related to her movie Fear Street: Prom Queen. They posed for photos together, with Rubin resting her head on his shoulder in one shot. Their last appearance together was at the Vanity Fair and Amazon MGM Studios Celebrate Awards Season 2026 in January 2026.

Notably, Gisondo also mentioned his relationship status in a July 2025 interview with Young Hollywood. The actor mentioned that he found out he was on WikiFeet and when asked who told him, he said, “My girlfriend might have sent it to me.”

Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie

Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie, who played Ellis on the show, is reportedly dating Canadian model and social media creator Océane Boisvenue, per The Tab.

Though little is seen of them online, Whiteduck-Lavoie confirmed that he’s taken in a recent interview. “The whole process took a week and a half,” he told Toronto Life of the auditioning process. “I ended up spending what was supposed to be the best summer of my life—my girlfriend and I had plans to go to New York—in Toronto.”

Amélie Hoeferle

The show’s Ramona, actress Amélie Hoeferle, has kept her love life away from the spotlight. It’s unknown whether she’s in a relationship or single.

Speaking to Teen Vogue, however, she spoke about loving her onscreen romance with Oona, played by Bo Bragason. “Oona is the one person to really ask her, look her in the eyes and ask her, ‘How are you?’ That kind of skins her raw in a way that she doesn’t want to [answer], but she feels held,” she recalled. “Out of that, there’s this budding sort of really intense, almost claustrophobic crush that occurs from that of, ‘Wow, I really want this person.’ And it’s all-encompassing for her. Ramona doesn’t feel it lightly. I think it’s a really crushing crush.”

Bo Bragason

Brgason has also kept her personal life close to her chest, and it’s unknown whether she’s single or dating.

She has, however, been candid about how important it’s been for her to play a queer character on TV. There’s a lovely queer storyline, as well; I think it’s so important to have that representation onscreen—and for it to be as real and messy as a straight relationship,” she told Teen Vogue.

Keen Ruffalo

Keen Ruffalo, who plays Connor on the show and is also Mark Ruffalo’s oldest son, has also kept it quiet when it comes to his love life. He was photographed with girlfriend Laura Ferran a few times over the years, including in September 2025 at TIFF’s “New Year’s Rev” After Party with his parents. It’s unclear if they’re still together.

Daniel Quinn-Toye

Sterling Point’s Rory has also been keeping his personal life private. Per Four Nine, he’s reportedly in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend, but little is known about their connection.

The couple’s second child, daughter George Virginia, arrived eight years later in February 2018. A year later, the couple said, “I do,” in an intimate ceremony with family, friends, and their two children in NYC.
