Kylie Kelce shared advice on what not to ask postpartum women during her podcast Not Gonna Lie

She emphasized avoiding questions about weight, future pregnancies or comparisons between children’s developmental milestones

Kylie reflected on her own postpartum journey after having four daughters in six years with husband Jason Kelce

Kylie Kelce is celebrating the first anniversary of giving birth to her baby daughter Finn, and she's sharing a few questions people should never ask postpartum women.

In this week's episode of her podcast Not Gonna Lie, the mom of four, 34, spoke about her postpartum journey after giving birth to her fourth daughter with husband Jason Kelce. During one segment, Kylie shared some things that people shouldn't say to women after giving birth.

"This time with some updates, presenting the dos and don'ts of talking to postpartum women one year after giving birth," Kylie began the segment. "First up, gotta start with the good old-fashioned don't. Number one, don't ask her if she's back to her pre-baby weight yet."

"Better yet, don't ask her about her weight at all, but I'm going to tell you right now. Pre-baby weight, Kylie? Pre-baby Kylie?" she continued. "Let me say that again. Pre-baby body, Kylie? I don't know her. She doesn't live here. My body built a whole ass human being, okay?"

Kylie went on to say that people could ask postpartum women how they're feeling a year after giving birth, calling it a "great" question.

"Number three, unless you are particularly close with mom, don't ask when the next baby is going to be on the way. Oh, I'm so serious," Kylie shared. "And I'll speak for myself here. Don't you dare ask if we're going to give it one more try for a boy. I swear to God. I swear to God. Don't ask me."

"Also, let's just put this into perspective. If you look at me and you say, 'Number one, are you gonna have another one?' Or, 'Number two, are you going to try for a boy?' You are looking at a woman who has had four children in...what was it? Six years?" she continued.

"How are you going to look at a woman who has had four children and be like, 'Are you going to have another one soon? Are you going to try for a boy?' So suck my ass. How about that for ASMR? Suck my ass."

The last question Kylie said not to ask postpartum women is if they're worried their kids won't hit certain milestones. She explained that all kids are different, so it's not fair to compare. In addition to daughter Finn, Kylie is mom to daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, and Bennett, 3, with the retired NFL star.

"Wyatt was an early talker. She was. She wanted to chit-chat," explained Kylie. "Ellie, that child didn't utter words. I mean, said a couple of words here and there. She did not speak to us until she was probably 18 months old."

"They're in the same house. They have the same parents that raised them the same way, very close together," she went on. "Mind you, they were seventeen months apart. Okay? Guys, cut it out. Don't let those comparisons steal the joy of the amazing things that you are watching your kids do."
