Kylie Kelce Clarifies Why Jason Cried So Much at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Wedding

Kylie Kelce addressed husband Jason Kelce’s comments that he cried more at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding than his own.

The podcaster also set the record straight on why the former Eagles player got so tearful during the ceremony.

She commented on a special family moment from the ultra-secret Madison Square Garden nuptials.

Kylie Kelce has entered the chat following her husband Jason Kelce’s claims that he cried more at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding than his own. The podcaster addressed her husband’s viral comments during the August 6 episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast—and set the record straight on why Jason couldn’t hold back his tears during the super-secret Madison Square Garden ceremony.

“Don’t worry, my husband cried plenty at his own wedding—regardless of what his comments were recently,” she clarified about Swift and Travis’s July 3 wedding.

The mom-of-four joked, “Guys, think about this. First of all, there was a moment in time where I said if he didn’t tear up when I started walking down the aisle, I would go back and start again, knowing that someone would have obviously punched him in the nose between me restarting and he would have been crying when I walked down the aisle.”

All quips aside, she added, “Obviously, my husband cried during our wedding. He did. I think that goes without being said because he’s cried a couple other places because he feels his emotions, okay?”

Jason previously opened up about getting overwhelmed with emotion while watching his younger brother say “I do” to the “Love Story” singer on July 3. “I did cry. I probably cried more this wedding than I cried at my own wedding, which probably is not acceptable,” he joked during an interview on SportsRadio 94WIP. “Kylie is probably not happy about that.”

However, Kylie revealed that her husband had a good reason for the intense waterworks as she commented on a special family moment from the nuptials.

“He cried at his brother’s wedding for many reasons. It was touching,” she said. “It was very loving to see all of the things that were happening, but take this into consideration—because no one’s thinking about this—think about getting to watch your four daughters be flower girls. Okay? That’s all the information you get.”
