The trip comes days after her 46th birthday.
Kim Kardashian is keeping the birthday celebrations going. After ringing in her 46th birthday in Los Angeles on October 21, the Skims founder jetted off to Italy. During her trip, she stopped in Rome and paid a visit to Bvlgari—and she wore a glamorous gown for the occasion.

Kardashian’s white dress featured a deep plunging neckline that appeared to carve all the way down to her ribs. She held the dress in place as she stepped out of her car. The bodice of the dress was gathered at the front, giving way to a long, draping skirt. She added some height with a pair of dramatic white platform open-toed heels, along with an ultra slick high ponytail.

A few days earlier, Kardashian rung in her birthday with a glamorous dinner with friends and family. For the occasion, she wore not one but two vintage 1995 Paco Rabanne ensembles in red and green respectively, pairing a bejeweled plunging open robe minidress with a matching bedazzled headpiece.

A few days before that, she posed for another birthday snap wearing a crochet dress seemingly made of nothing but looping brown rope during a pre-birthday trip to the Philippines. “Philippines Birthday Adventures,” she captioned the post.

Kardashian previously opened up to Vogue about her 40s, which she said were “about being Team Me.”
“I’m going to eat well,” she added. “I’m going to work out. I’m going to have more fun, spend more time with my kids and the people who make me happy.”
