Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have finalized their divorce and custody agreement for their two children.

According to court documents signed on Tuesday, March 24, and obtained by PEOPLE, the former couple have officially finalized their divorce and come to an agreement regarding custody for their daughter Blaze, 6, and son Ace, 10. Burruss and Tucker will share joint physical and legal custody of their children. The exact details of the visitation schedule have been sealed.

The two are required to maintain an open line of communication and convene on all matters of their children's health, education and general welfare, according to the filing. However, if they can't agree, the singer and actress, 49, will have the final say in matters regarding their non-emergency healthcare and education. Tucker has final decision-making authority in any new proposed extracurricular activities.

With both Burruss and Tucker having careers in the public eye, the agreement also requires them to get written consent from the opposite parent before having their children participate in any "filmed content, media projects, commercial opportunities, brand partnerships, creative productions, or other public-facing activities."

Burruss first went public with the divorce proceedings on Nov. 21, 2025, following her and Tucker's 11-year marriage.

"After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect," Burruss told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement in November 2025.

"I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth," Burruss continued at the time. "I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family."

Nearly four months after going public with the news, the former couple settled their divorce after a custody battle.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and Tucker, who was originally a producer on the show, reached the settlement on Wednesday, March 11, according to documents filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Ga. and reviewed by PEOPLE. Judge Alice Benton then ordered the former couple to provide a "final judgment, parenting plan, child support addendum, child support worksheet, etc." for the court's review by Friday, March 20.

During an appearance on the Feb. 22 episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Burrus about her decision to split from Tucker.

“It happened in July,” Burruss revealed. “In July was when I was like, ‘Oh, yeah. No, I can't do this no more.’ ”

“Was there a specific moment or thing that happened?” Cohen pressed.

“Yeah, it was a specific situation that happened,” the songwriter shared as she quipped: “I'm not talking about it on Watch What Happens.”

She opened up about the status of her relationship with Tucker at the time, noting that, while “sometimes our conversations can get a little intense” amid discussing divorce matters, the two are generally amicable.

“For the most part, even if we argue, we still try to be nice to each other,” she explained. “We're co-parenting. Last night, we went to my son's basketball game. So, we were there sitting right next to each other. I'm sure people was like, ‘Uh…’ "

"But I feel like once we're done with this, I really feel that we will be able to be great co-parents," she continued, "because our ultimate goal is to make sure that all of our kids are happy and that they don't feel the brunt of our drama.”
