Jennifer Runyon, who died on March 6, was married to Todd Corman
The Ghostbusters actress and Corman welcomed two kids, son Wyatt and daughter Bayley

Jennifer Runyon had been with her husband for well over three decades at the time of her March 2026 death.
The Ghostbusters actress, who died at 65 on March 6, married Todd Corman in 1991. The pair welcomed two children, one of whom followed in her footsteps as an actress.
According to ABC7 Los Angeles, Runyon's family confirmed her death in a social media post on March 8, writing, "This past Friday [March 6], our beloved Jennifer passed away."
"It was a long and arduous journey that ended with her surrounded by her family," the post read. "She will always be remembered for her love of life and her devotion to her family and friends. Rest in peace our Jenn."
Her friend, actress Erin Murphy, shared on Facebook that Runyon had "a brief battle with cancer."

She married Corman in March 1991

Runyon and Corman got married on March 9, 1991, per Oregon State University's website.
According to The Lady in Red Blog, the pair met while working on set in the Caribbean for 1986's Dreams of Gold, for which Corman had been working as an assistant director and Runyon portrayed Angel Fisher.
Corman is a collegiate basketball coach

Corman began his career as a basketball coach in his 20s, around the time he graduated from the University of Southern California, according to his bio on Oregon State University's website.
After spending several years working for high schools in the Golden State, Corman began his collegiate coaching career at Loyola Marymount University in 1985.

He went on to work for Albertson College, Oregon State University and Concordia University Irvine.
According to OSU's website, he also has experience working in the film and television industry as an assistant director, including working on films such as 1992's Beethoven and 1996's D3: The Mighty Ducks. Meanwhile, his television credits include Beverly Hills, 90210, also one of Runyon's guest appearance credits.

Runyon and Corman welcomed two kids: son Wyatt and daughter Bayley. The actress told The Lady in Red Blog that after welcoming her first child, she knew she wanted to "take some time just to be a mom."
"I grew up in a family where my parents worked, and we had housekeepers and nannies, (My mom and dad were radio people,) and I grew up with other people who were there every day," she said. "I didn’t want that for my kids, because I know all I wanted was my mom. I wanted to be a mom. I wanted to experience every moment."
Runyon added, "I didn’t want somebody calling me on the set going 'Oh my God, Wyatt walked!' I wanted to be the one, if possible, that experienced that first."
Her daughter Bayley is an actress

Bayley has followed in her parents' footsteps in the entertainment industry, as she is also an actress. She has appeared in episodes of 9-1-1, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Jane the Virgin.
Wyatt, a Southern Methodist University and University of Southern California alum, previously worked in consulting at Kerrigan Advisors, per his LinkedIn.
Outside of work, Bayley got engaged in December 2025, per her Instagram. Meanwhile, Wyatt got married in June 2023 in Idaho.

Following Runyon's death in early March 2026, Bayley shared a heartfelt tribute to her mom on social media.
"all of the best parts of me came from you. i would give anything for one more day together," she wrote on Instagram, adding in the caption, "the kindest most compassionate person i’ve ever known. my best friend. i wasn’t ready for this."
