Irina Shayk is back in action with Donna Karan New York.
The supermodel and mom, 40, stars in the brand’s new winter campaign, which launches Oct. 28. As always, the imagery centers on the hustle and bustle of New York, the backdrop for the house. Described in a press release as “effortless, timeless, and unmistakably modern,” the creative embodies the spirit of the city and the women who live there.
Lensed by Mert Alas, the photos find Shayk during golden hour, posing in pieces from the new collection.

“Donna Karan celebrates a woman’s strength, confidence and femininity. Mert has an incredible instinct for capturing that spirit,” Shayk tells PEOPLE of working with the brand and the legendary photographer.
Included in the shoot and in the new collection are a belted leather trench coat, chic dresses and a sequin gown worn under a coat perfect for the chilly season. Accessories include totes and clutches that elevate any look, bringing it from day to evening.

Throughout the campaign, Shayk brings her signature sex appeal, striking poses that both show off the clothes and her. In behind-the-scenes photos shared exclusively with PEOPLE, viewers are given a closer look at the campaign coming together and a more relaxed Shayk.

Shayk, who was most recently seen on the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this month, previously starred in Donna Karan New York’s fall-winter campaign in 2025 alongside Claudia Schiffer, Imaan Hammam, Liya Kebede and Mariacarla Boscono, in honor of the brand’s milestone 40th anniversary.
“There is an innate sense of timelessness to Donna Karan that holds a personal connection for me. It embodies femininity and womanhood — a concept beautifully celebrated with this campaign,” Schiffer told PEOPLE exclusively at the time.

The group of women was chosen for the campaign for the way they “embody the enduring femininity of the brand,” a press release said last year.
Known for choosing powerful women for its campaigns, Donna Karan New York has also featured several others since its big relaunch in 2024.
For the fall 2024 campaign, Christy Turlington starred alongside Eva Herzigova, Amber Valletta, Alek Wek, Karen Elson, Liu Wen, Edie Campbell and Hammam.
The campaign highlighted the power of women, specifically reflecting on “women’s dimensional nature,” as stated in a previous press release. Kate Moss served as the face of Donna Karan New York’s spring 2025 campaign.
