Donald Trump backs down over TV boycott after fiery Kaitlan Collins argument

Donald Trump appeared willing to back down from his banning of certain news outlets from the White House after a fiery confrontation with Kaitlin Collins at the UN General Assembly.
The president, 80, whose marriage to Melania is at its lowest point due to a 'disturbing truth', banned CNN, Politico, and MSNOW from the White House on Friday, September 19, accusing the outlets of only reporting “fake news,” and indicated he would consider similar action against other outlets, including The New York Times and The Washington Post.
Now, after seeing Collins, one of his biggest targets from CNN, at the UN as he arrived to deliver a speech, and exploding that she “shouldn’t be here,” Trump appeared to show he was willing to reinstate the media outlets’ access to the White House–but only under one condition. It comes as furious Trump exploded at CNN's Kaitlan Collins with an alarming 4-word comment as he arrived at the UN.

While taking questions after his speech, Trump was questioned on how he would act if a district judge in the lawsuit the outlets filed against him, and he admitted if that was the case, he would likely reinstate their access, even if it was reluctantly.
“Well, I probably will, because this is a judge who is not a particularly fair judge, and so, you never know, but I’m talking about national security, and I think we have a right to clean out fake news, you know? News is fake.”

Trump, who committed a disgustingly disrespectful act in front of the cameras, then appeared to take a dig at the outlets, as well as others, which said they’d withdraw from the press pool in protest, for actually showing up to the UN anyway.
“By the way, they said they weren’t going to be here, but they came. I knew that would happen. What are they not going to be with President Xi tomorrow?” he said. “So they said we will not cover Trump.”

He then appeared to defend his initial decision, adding, “So they said we will not cover Trump…but you know, we gave a lot of fake news, and I think that when news is fake, and it’s actually dangerous, I think we have the right to clear it out.”

The remark that he might consider lifting the ban came after a contentious moment with Collins, 34, as he arrived at the U.N.
“It’s an honor to be here. I’m surprised CNN is here covering me. You shouldn’t be here. You said you weren’t going to cover me. You shouldn’t be covering me,” he snapped.
The incident kicked off on Friday, with Trump announcing he was going to ban the outlets from the White House for reporting “fake news.”
Reporters from the outlets all confirmed on Saturday that their White House badges had been confiscated. In response, the five major networks–Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN–all banded together to boycott Trump’s traveling press pool.
The White House then launched Trump TV, a 24/7 online streaming platform to host White House footage and videos.
However, the streamer has allegedly been a “humiliation” for the President after having poor ratings, and the entire conflict was reported to have allegedly been spearheaded by his controversial aide, Natalie Harp.
Harp allegedly showed Trump clips of unfavorable coverage of his administration shortly before he announced the ban.
It comes after a TV star revealed Trump's disturbing 2-word comment in his limousine that left her terrified.
